Abstract: Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the role of leadership and innovative approaches in the process of integrating individuals into society and achieving success in sports organizations. This study focuses on how leaders manage sports organizations through technological innovations and strategic thinking abilities.Method: Different leadership approaches, such as transformational, authentic, visionary, servant, and transactional leadership, are examined. The study also analyzes how leaders manage these processes with innovative technologies used in sports, such as the VAR system and performance analysis tools.Results: Transformational leadership enhances athletes' motivation and maximizes their performance, while authentic leadership is based on trust and transparency. Visionary leaders develop long-term strategies to prepare teams for the future, and servant leaders focus on the development of their followers. Transactional leadership, on the other hand, is concerned with managing performance through reward and punishment systems. Technological innovations and strategic thinking play a crucial role in enabling leaders to successfully manage sports organizations.Conclusion: Leadership in the sports world is not only limited to technical performance but also involves strategic thinking, ethical values, and innovative approaches. For sports organizations to be successful, it is essential that leaders adopt an innovative mindset and manage these processes effectively. These leadership approaches form the foundation for both short-term improvements and long-term successes in the sports world.
