Abstract: The One Person Company is one of the modern forms of the limited liability company stipulated by the Saudi legislator in the new corporate system for the year 1437H - 2015. The idea of one person is to allow the company to be established by a single person or all its shares shall be divided into one person. The Saudi legislator used for the first time under the provisions of Article (154) of the new Companies Law، whereby a limited liability company may be established by one person, or all of its shares shall be transferred to one person.
