Abstract: Objective: At present, some English vocational education teaching work cannot meet the needs of college students, and there is a problem of insufficient teaching pertinence.Therefore, when analysing the anxiety of English vocational education students based on psychology, we should pay attention to the impact of psychological anxiety on College Students' English learning, comprehensively improve the current situation of English vocational education, strengthen the alleviation of students' anxiety, and optimise the teaching curriculum of English vocational education.Therefore, this paper will briefly introduce the role of English vocational education students' anxiety psychological analysis based on psychology, and explore the specific application of English vocational education teaching model.Methods: Starting with the analysis of the Anxiety Psychology of English vocational education students based on psychology, based on the questionnaire survey, according to the literature and practical problem experience, using the network questionnaire system and random sampling method, through the questionnaire invitation link and the original database based on Epi Data, and using the methods of comparative research and case analysis, It points out the promoting effect and main direction of students' anxiety on the content learning of English vocational education.Result: In the process of English teaching implementation, the development of teaching activities may have a certain impact on students' psychological anxiety.Therefore, College English teachers need to pay attention to it, combined with the current situation of College Students' psychological anxiety, scientifically and reasonably choose English teaching methods, and realise the reform and innovation of traditional teaching mode.In the process of teaching method innovation, we should get rid of the influence of the concept of exam-oriented education, comply with the development trend of the times, and actively use modern information technology, multimedia technology and other teaching means to attract students' interest in English learning and enhance students' classroom participation.In the specific teaching process, teachers can integrate and plan the teaching content in the process of preparing lessons before class in combination with the English teaching content, and make it into teaching videos such as micro class and Mu class.Before classroom teaching, it will be transmitted to students through the network resource sharing platform.Conclusion: We should start from students' psychological needs and personality characteristics, explore the causes of English learning anxiety, find scientific and reasonable teaching methods, formulate classroom teaching plans in line with the characteristics of contemporary secondary vocational students, guide them in learning and care for them in life, Enhance the understanding and trust between teachers and students, establish a correct learning attitude, improve students' self-confidence, and let students find a sense of achievement in English learning, to effectively reduce students' anxiety in English learning and achieve good teaching results.
