Abstract: Combination Chemotherapy Core@shell nanocarriers (scheme, top left) with a drug cocktail of irinotecan (ITC, core) and 5-fluoruridine (5FU, shell) and a high drug payload demonstrate high cytotoxic efficacy in rectal cancer patient-derived organoids (PDO cells: green; nuclei: blue).
