Abstract: Under the new development pattern of domestic and international two circles of economic activity, it is of great significance for Chengdu-Chongqing region to utilize foreign investment in a coordinated manner. This study focuses on the opportunities and paths for the coordinated utilization of foreign investment in the Chengdu-Chongqing region in this context, and based on this, it provides the corresponding policy recommendations to help Chengdu-Chongqing region to better exert its own advantages, actively attract foreign investment, promote the high-quality development of the regional economy and synergistic advancement, and contribute to the steady growth of the national economy and the improvement of the international competitiveness. This will contribute to the stable growth of the national economy and the improvement of international competitiveness.
