Abstract: The article explores the transformation of employment and human resources under the influence of the digital economy. Digital technologies are changing the professional structure, automating processes, and creating new requirements for workers. While new professions are emerging, they are often aimed at further automation, raising the risk of mass unemployment and loss of control over one's professional future. Special attention is given to the impact of digitalization on shifts in approaches to human resource management. The article also discusses an ecosystem approach to labor organization based on human-technology interaction and the importance of preserving humanistic values in the new economy
