Abstract: Interest on circular economy (CE) is growing from many points of view.After discussing its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this article focuses on the role played in this frame by waste collection and specifically by education and industry.The importance of source separation emerged from the analysis.This is not limited to municipal solid waste only as special waste management can contribute to the circularity of the products.
