An analysis of the application of training practices and their influence on economic performance was carried out to show the importance they have on said performance. We carried out a quantitative survey using a questionnaire submitted to a random sample. This sample is made up of 400 SMEs from the 8 Administrative Regions of Guinea. Econometric analysis using SPSS software and the use of Hayes' macro-PROCESS show that a good perception of training has a significant impact on the economic performance of the SMEs surveyed in Guinea.
