Abstract: Morphea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by skin fibrosis with variable clinical presentation. We report a case of a young woman who presented with asymptomatic progressive indurated short cords on the neck. A diagnosis of morphea was made based on clinical and histopathological findings. She had clinical improvement after starting topical corticosteroids alternating with topical tacrolimus.
