Abstract: Background: Pediatric airway emergency might cause a catastrophic event if the responders do not understand well how to handle the case.Neonates-children study of anesthesia practice in Europe reported 5.8% cases of difficult intubation in neonates and babies, where two thirds of the cases serve as an unpredicted case.A well developed airway team might be the anwer to those problem because they are trained and obligated to have the skills and knowlegde before managing the case.
