Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Synovial sarcoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor of soft tissue and has high metastatic potential. The most common sites of metastases are the lungs, lymph nodes and bones. The pancreatic location of a synovial sarcoma is very rare. Histological and immunohistochemical examinations are essential to confirm the diagnosis. We report the case of a 57-year-old patient treated for (SS) of pulmonary localization 2 years ago and who currently presents with pancreatic localization.
