Multi-Copy Edge Data Integrity Verification Supporting Dynamics and Batch Auditing
Year: 2024
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: With the economy and 5G technology, users increasingly seek a good user experience. The latency issue of data transmission is a key concern for Application Vendor (AV). AV usually deploy data copies on Edge Server (ES) closer to the user's end to provide more convenient services. However, ensuring the integrity and detecting unauthorized data modification or data corruption in time is the key to the scheme. First, the EDI-A scheme is proposed to achieve multi-copy authentication for a single file. Then, the EDI- A is extended to allow AV to validate batch audits of multiple raw data simultaneously. Second, the use of I -SLT to enable EDI-A to support complete data dynamics. Finally, the security assessment proves that EDI-A is secure.
