Abstract: There are several cases during exploitation of structures when external loading is random vibration in nature. It is, firstly, automobile and railway transporting regimes. Therefore, during formation of loading regimes for estimation of resource strength of structures probability-statistical approach is used. In this article basic principles of this approach for formation spectrums of cyclic loading for testing and analysis of resource strength are presented. Estimation of levels of cyclic loading is performed, as well as suggestions for possible use of proposed approach when estimating resource strength of structures were provided.
