Abstract: This research paper presents a project developed in the subject “Work in a learning enterprise”, where we are presenting an idea for improving the urban transport of the Bulgarian city Ruse. The self-made authors applications developed for this purpose are: reusable electronic cards in the transports, mobile application and website.
