Abstract: Information technology and the internet are evolving rapidly and astonishingly, making it impractical to establish detailed ethical rules for scientific research that cover all dimensions and types of inquiry. Instead, it is sufficient to rely on guiding principles related to the fundamental rules that should be followed when conducting research and presenting its results. This research aims to review the guiding principles that have been agreed upon globally through international conferences and workshops held for this purpose. What are the most important guiding principles, and how should they be addressed.
