Abstract: Employee job satisfaction has become a central issue in the modern business world. Companies that succeed in creating a positive and productive work environment tend to have a competitive advantage. One factor that greatly affects job satisfaction is the quality of human relations. PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, as a leading cosmetics company in Indonesia, strives to create a conducive work environment for its employees. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the application of human relations principles at PT Paragon contributes to increasing employee job satisfaction. Using SWOT analysis, this research will identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the implementation of human relations in the company and formulate recommendations for future improvements.
