Abstract: The adoption of Bimcloud Server in the construction industry has garnered significant attention for its potential to enhance collaboration efficiency and information management. The roles played by Generation Z (Gen Z) and governmental entities have gained prominence as key drivers to expedite adoption among construction material vendors. Gen Z, being inherently tech-savvy, brings to the table a unique combination of innovation, technological fluency, and swift adaptability to evolving landscapes. Their capacity to advocate for change, devise inventive solutions, and communicate seamlessly serves to propel the adoption of Bimcloud Server.However, the projected demographic bonus by 2045 introduces fresh challenges. The increasing prominence of Gen Z as the primary workforce underscores the necessity of their proactive involvement in securing the future of the construction industry. For this purpose, the government assumes a pivotal role in ensuring the availability of adequate technological infrastructure and pertinent education to enable Gen Z to function optimally.The government's role takes on added significance. Collaborative platform development and regulatory frameworks collectively contribute to ensuring Gen Z's pivotal role in the Bimcloud Server adoption process. Consequently, the interplay between Bimcloud Server adoption, Gen Z's active participation, and governmental support will collectively shape an effective response to the impending 2045 demographic bonus.
