Abstract: In the modern world, special attention is paid to solving the problems of technosphere safety during the construction and operation of various facilities. The main goal is to minimize man-made human impact on the natural environment. The designed and built urban development facility is a complex technogenic system. And this system turns into a source of dangerous effects on humans and the external environment under certain circumstances. Buildings are the shell of a multifaceted production technology, which largely determines the degree of an object's impact on the environment in the event of natural and man-made accidents and catastrophes. Constructive solutions approved during planning and construction are designed to maintain a stable environmental situation. They should not allow the results of human economic activity to damage the environment.
