Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Creativity in students' learning on scientific attitudes in science. The research method used was the survey method (questionnaire) and the sample in this study was 83 students. The population and sample were analyzed using path analysis. The analysis of the research results tested included (1) there is a significant direct effect of self-efficacy on students' scientific attitudes in science. This is evidenced by t count = 4.034 < t table = 2.000. The self-efficacy variable contributes 16.08% to scientific attitudes in science. (2) There is a significant direct effect of students' learning creativity on students' scientific attitudes in science. This is evidenced by t count = 2.842 < t table = 2.000. The student's learning creativity variable contributes 6% to scientific attitudes in science. (3) There is a significant direct effect of self-efficacy on students' learning creativity. This is evidenced by t count = 2.842 < t table = 2.000. The magnitude of the direct influence of self-efficacy on students' learning creativity is 9.06%. (4) There is an insignificant indirect influence of self-efficacy on science scientific attitudes through students' learning creativity. This is evidenced by the t-value = 0.715
