Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the relationship between job descriptions, work discipline and work speed on employee performance at PT. Asri Power Medan. The type of data is quantitative data with a saturated sample of 44 respondents. This research concludes that job descriptions, work discipline, work speed simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Asri Power Medan. Job descriptions have a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Asri Power Medan. Work discipline partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Asri Power Medan. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.639 means 63.9% of PT employee performance. Asri Power Medan can be explained by job description (X1), work discipline (X2), work speed (X3), while the remaining 36.1% is explained by other factors not examined in this research. For example, work environment, work motivation, and work ethic.
