Abstract: The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the piano repertoire and the specifics of its presentation in the video clip format. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the video clip is for the first time considered as a form of presentation of modern piano performance. In the course of the study, the factors influencing the choice of piano repertoire were identified, their connection with the technical features of this format and its focus on a wide Internet audience was established. It is also shown to what extent the features of the piano repertoire presented in the video clips reflect modern performing trends. As a result, the educational and popularization functions of the video clip, its role as a platform for creative experiments of performers are revealed.
