Abstract: The theoretical framework of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is rooted in addressing the practical challenges facing China. It integrates the Marxist view of ecological civilization and China's traditional ecological culture into the construction of ecological civilization within the framework of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This article examines pressing issues highlighted in the current ecological civilization construction and provides strategic guidance for building a "Beautiful China".
