Abstract: The purpose of the study: based on the analysis of scientific research and practical experience, to define and characterize the educational process in the format of online and offline training, which will increase the interest and interest of schoolchildren in the motor activity of school-aged children. The results. The article discusses a number of issues related to the physical development and physical fitness of the younger generation, regardless of the educational format, which can be carried out through an online or offline format. Let's recall that the emergence of the pandemic and the introduction of the appropriate quarantine made certain adjustments to the style and rhythm of life of a modern schoolboy. The war in Ukraine also made very big adjustments in the lives of young Ukrainians in their everyday life, their educational activities and the dimension of life. In the conditions of martial law, when most schoolchildren worry about survival, the state of motor activity does not ensure the necessary health, functional and psychophysiological capabilities of children. That is why the question of ensuring the physiologically necessary level of motor activity of schoolchildren as a health-preserving factor in the conditions of the introduced martial law in Ukraine is of particular relevance. The prerequisite for success in any business is the formation of a motivational sphere, the development of which requires targeted pedagogical influence. Therefore, the existing situation can be improved by fostering interest in motor activity, which will contribute to the formation of schoolchildren's sense of responsibility for their own health, through various formats of the educational process.
