Authorship and publication trends in the congenital hand surgery literature

Abstract: This study assessed authorship and publication trends in congenital upper limb difference literature. Congenital upper limb difference literature is widely distributed across multiple journals; no single journal published a clear majority. Female authorship was more likely, though reasons for this remain unclear.
