Abstract: Human Resources (HR) planning is crucial in creating an innovative work environment. This research analyzes the relationship between effective HR planning and increased innovation in the work environment. The method used in this research is through literature study. The research results show that HR is important in developing skills, managing diverse teams, and creating a work culture that supports creativity. Second, structured HR planning can increase employee engagement, encourage innovative thinking, and can contribute to the creation of an adaptive and innovative work environment. Thus, this research emphasizes the importance of HR planning as the key to achieving competitive advantage through sustainable innovation in the face of continually changing environmental changes.
