Abstract: This study seeks to investigate the significance of fostering innovative performance in learning within Senior High Schools. The primary emphasis is on the strategies and implementations of innovation employed by educators in learning at secondary school to enhance educational quality. The research methodology adopted in this study is a qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review. The findings indicate that teacher innovative performance is influenced by both external and internal factors. This enables educators to adapt to contemporary demands, leverage technology, and embrace a diverse array of learning methods and media, thereby rendering the learning experience more pertinent and enjoyable for students. In conclusion, by optimizing the factors that contribute to innovative performance, teachers can cultivate a conducive learning environment, enhance student outcomes, promote school advancement, and contribute to the overall progress of the educational landscape.
