Abstract: This study examines work culture's importance in improving employee performance and productivity. The method used in this writing is the literature study method. The importance of work culture must be developed because work culture has a significant impact on the experience, motivation, and productivity of each employee. A positive work culture will create an impression where employees feel appreciated and motivated to perform well. Conversely, an unhealthy work culture or one that does not per employee values can create tension, confusion, and reduced performance. Therefore, understanding and managing work culture is important in creating an effective and positive work environment and improving employee productivity.
