Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kebijakan Dividen Perusahaan Indeks IDXHIDIV20 di Indonesia

Abstract: This study analyzes the effect of managerial ownership, return on equity, current ratio, loan-to-deposit ratio, and debt-to-equity ratio on dividend policy. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the websites of each company. The population of this study was 20 companies in the IDXHIDIV20 Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The sample obtained through the purposive sampling method consisted of nine companies. The data analysis method used quantitative and panel data regression methods, providing a robust approach to the research. The data analysis tool used Eviews 9. The study showed that managerial ownership, loan-to-deposit ratio, and debt-to-equity significantly affected dividend policy. At the same time, return on equity and current ratio did not affect the dividend policy of companies in the IDXHIDIV20 Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period.
