Abstract: The maritime regulatory data platform serves as the brain of the smart maritime regulatory platform. It collects data on navigation resources and port & waterway resources, unifies data norms and standards, and achieves comprehensive data resource management covering all elements including ships, crew members, companies, ports, waterways, and pilotage. Through data aggregation, mining, and analysis, it enables intelligent judgment, precise profiling, scientific decision-making, and multi-dimensional panoramic display. This platform provides maritime regulatory departments with scientific and reasonable decision-making suggestions, helping them better formulate and implement regulatory policies.
