Abstract: This study aims to examine the impacts of the fleet leasing sector on the automotive industry in Turkey and to predict the future position of this sector. Fleet leasing significantly contributes to the automotive industry by enabling large-scale vehicle purchases that boost car manufacturers' sales. The research collected participant perceptions and experiences regarding fleet leasing services through surveys and analyzed the data using the SPSS software. Findings indicate that participants believe fleet leasing services have a positive effect on car sales in Turkey. It is also observed that fleet leasing companies enhance their efficiency and competitive edge through cost management and technological innovations. The study suggests that the fleet leasing sector's adaptation to new technologies such as electric and autonomous vehicles will lead to significant transformations. A majority of participants think that fleet leasing companies’ ability to quickly adapt to global trends and technological advancements contributes to modernization within the sector. The research reveals that fleet leasing is a significant contributor to the growth of Turkey's automotive market and that technological innovations play a crucial role in creating competitive advantages. It is anticipated that the sector will increasingly shift towards electric and autonomous vehicles in the future. This evolution is expected to solidify the position of fleet leasing services in the second-hand car market as well.
