Abstract: Private universities implementing an open learning system with leadership, creativity and distance certainly require the support of human resources (HR) who are reliable and able to contribute in it. Through proper management of intellectual capital, competitiveness, shared leadership and creativity, it is hoped that these private universities can develop their resources to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives and to respond to very dynamic internal and external changes
