Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic revealed and intensified social problems, including domestic and family violence against women, especially in the State of Goiás. This study is justified by the need to understand how social isolation impacted the incidence of this type of violence, restricting access to protection networks and making it difficult to report abuse. The central issue analyzes how health measures influenced women's safety, leading to an increase in cases of violence. The objective is to identify the factors that contributed to this growth and propose effective solutions for mitigation. The methodology consists of analyzing statistical data, media reports, and institutional documents to substantiate the conclusions. The results indicate a significant increase in reports and protective measures, highlighting the need for public policies adapted to crisis scenarios. It is concluded that strengthening support networks, using technologies for silent reporting, and training professionals are essential actions to address gender-based violence in emergency contexts.
