Abstract: Industry 4.0 brought technological innovations and a lot of automation to processes. In contrast, there was a need for company employees to adapt to the situations. In view of this scenario, companies face great challenges in attracting and retaining qualified talent to fill positions in the 4.0 Era. A concept that has been gaining ground in the organizational environment is disruptive leadership, which encourages adaptability and innovation (Magaldi and Neto, 2022).
