Abstract: George Bernard Shaw said, “The single biggest problem with communication is the illusion it has taken place.” That's why I think that all college and university administrators, including student affairs professionals, could benefit from the advice that Charles Duhigg presented in his book Supercommunicators. Duhigg is a Pulitzer Prize‐winning investigative journalist who previously worked as a senior editor at The New York Times.
