Abstract: This paper explores the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in analyzing employee feedback to derive actionable insights for Human Resources (HR) management. By employing NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and keyword extraction, organizations can better understand employee sentiments, identify areas for improvement, and foster a more engaged workforce. This study highlights the methodologies used, presents findings from a case study, and discusses the implications for HR practices.
