Draft genomes of two Roseibium spp. isolated from the coral Pachyseris speciosa from a Singaporean reef

Abstract: ABSTRACT Two Roseibium spp. strains were isolated from skeletal macerates of the Singaporean coral Pachyseris speciosa at an ambient high temperature. We sequenced the genomes of SCP14 ( JBDZYH000000000 ) and SCP15 ( JBDZYI000000000 ), which revealed genomes containing genetic elements that play a role in coral health during thermal stress.
