Abstract: In today's dynamic business environment, the demand for effective and efficient inventory management has intensified, particularly within multi-node supply chain systems where inventory levels must be synchronized across multiple locations.Traditional inventory management methods struggle to meet these demands, often leading to inefficiencies, increased costs, and delayed response times. To address these challenges, predictive analytics has emerged as a powerful tool, offering data-driven insights that enable organizations to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and make proactive decisions. This study explores the integration of predictive analytics into multi-node inventory systems and SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) data environments, focusing on a simulated "1 x2" model configuration, which illustrates the scalability and effectiveness of predictive tools in complex inventory networks. The primary objective of this research is to develop and validate a predictive analytics framework that seamlessly integrates with SAP data structures to provide real-time, actionable insights for inventory optimization across multi-node systems. The framework leverages historical and real-time data sourced from SAP databases, employing machine learning algorithms to predict inventory needs based on variables such as demand patterns, seasonality, and supply chain disruptions.Additionally, the study presents a simulation-based evaluation of the "1 x2" SAP data model, reflecting a typical multi-node scenario where one central node is connected to two distribution nodes. This setup helps assess the adaptability and performance of predictive analytics when applied to decentralized inventory systems that share data through SAP environments. The methodology section details the data preparation, model selection, and simulation setup, emphasizing the use of SAP's real-time data processing capabilities to facilitate continuous data updates for the predictive model.By simulating demand fluctuations and inventory changes across nodes, the model evaluates potential outcomes for stock optimization, including reduced stockouts, minimized excess inventory, and improved response times. The findings reveal that predictive analytics, when integrated into a multi-node SAP configuration, can significantly enhance inventory forecasting accuracy and efficiency, achieving notable cost savings and operational improvements. Results indicate a reduction in inventory holding costs by up to 20% and a 15% increase in order fulfillment speed, showcasing the financial and logistical benefits of this integrated approach.Furthermore, the research discusses the challenges and limitations encountered during integration, such as data consistency issues across nodes and the computational requirements for real-time analytics within SAP systems. While the initial results are promising, these challenges highlight areas for future work, including refining data synchronization processes and optimizing algorithms for larger SAP infrastructures.
