Abstract: With the rapid development of the packaging industry, the automation design of packaging production lines has become a key technological means to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. This paper starts with the basic concepts and current status of packaging production line automation, analyzing core technologies such as mechanical and automation control systems, sensor and data collection technology, and intelligent control software modules. By combining typical design schemes and case studies, this paper discusses the challenges faced and optimization strategies in the implementation process, based on data analysis and benefit assessment, and explores the future development direction of packaging production line automation, providing reference and insights for the related industry.
