Abstract: الهدفُ من الدِّراسة رغبةُ الباحث في إبراز هذه المُعاهدات والظروف الدَّاعية إليها وما ترتَّب عليها من استفادة الطرفين أو كليهما معًا، وقد اقتصرت حدود الدِّراسة على الفترة الزمنيَّة (474ــــــــــ572هـ/1081ــــــــــ1176م)؛ حيثُ تمثِّل هذه الفترة منذ قيام دولة سلاجقة الروم وحتى وقوع معركة ميريوكيفالون الحاسمة عام (572هـ/ 1176م) والتي انتهت بانتصار السَّلاجقة على البيزنطيِّين، وقد اعتمد الباحثُ على المنهج التحليليِّ المُعتمِد على جَمْع المادَّة العلميَّة وتحليلها، ثم استخلاص النتائج، كما اعتمد على مجموعةٍ من المصادر والمراجع العربيَّة التي تطرَّقت لموضوع البحث، بعضها ذو فائدةٍ كبيرةٍ لا يُمكن الاستغناءُ عنها، وبعضُها ذو فائدةٍ ثانويَّة. The aim of the study is the researcher's desire to highlight these treaties and the circumstances calling for them and the resulting benefits for both parties or both of them. The study was limited to the time period (474-572 AH / 1081-1176 AD), as this period represents the period from the establishment of the Seljuk state of Rum until the decisive Battle of Myriokephalon in the year (572 AH / 1176 AD), which ended with the victory of the Seljuks over the Byzantines. The researcher relied on the analytical method based on collecting and analyzing scientific material, then extracting the results. He also relied on a group of Arabic sources and references, some of which are of great benefit that cannot be dispensed with, and some of which are of secondary benefit.
