Abstract: The individuals who are the source of a country's existence are the most basic values of that country. It is the most important duty of every state with this value to cultivate and preserve its own self-values in the most beautiful way and to prepare for the future. The desire to raise up citizens who live in their own country and are connected to their own country and nation is one of the foremost goals of every state. Citizens ensure and build the future of a country.Jul. Every state with this consciousness will want to educate and guide its citizens, who have their own values, in the best way and educate them in accordance with their own state goals. There is always a need for individuals who serve the country of which they are citizens, produce, develop themselves, and work for the benefit of the country and the nation as a country and a nation. The greatest goal of the state is to educate its citizens, especially children and young people, who are the guarantee of the future, on the axis of this goal. The individual, who is a social being, is always learning and improving himself in society. With the influence of the social environment, education does not only stay in schools, it continues in all areas of life. In this context, the target of the country's citizens to be educated is not only the school youth, but a comprehensive education is aimed at every member of the country to gain awareness for the benefit of the country. There is a total educational goal in our country both with the educational system, with its social and cultural opportunities and with the means of broadcasting. An individual who has national and spiritual values, serves for his country, develops himself, is successful in social and professional life is the citizen profile that our country targets. Through a comprehensive education, both children and young people and adults want to be raised in accordance with the purpose of a good citizen aimed at by the state.
