Abstract: Aiming at the issues of complexity, high investment cost, limited improvement in heating efficiency and high-frequency electromagnetic heating systems with frequency converters, a pipeline-type power-frequency electromagnetic coupling heating system is proposed. Designing based on the principle of a transformer, including structures such as an iron core, delta-type magnetic yoke, primary winding, and secondary winding (pipeline), utilizing the Maxwell's equations and Fourier heat conduction equation theory. The secondary winding (pipeline) acts as the heating source, with 380V/120kW as the initial operating parameters, to achieve high efficiency and uniform heating of the heating system. In order to improve the economy of the heating system, the magnetic induction intensity and heating efficiency of the iron core were investigated under different hollow sizes, thus determining the optimal hollow radius for the iron core structure. At the same time, this paper proposes a power regulation method based on multi-layer winding to meet the power adjustment requirements in certain scenarios. Through calculations, it is proven that this method achieves heating efficiency exceeding 98.7% at four different power levels. This heating system not only achieves reliable and stable heating through power-frequency power supply but also allows power adjustment under the power-frequency power supply as per requirements.
