Abstract: The article considers the relevance and necessity of developing technologies for the synthesis of submicron and nanostructured powders in the production of highly responsible ceramic products. The analysis of the main chemical methods for obtaining highly dispersed powders of alumomagnesial spinel (AMS) and other compounds for structural and optically transparent ceramic materials is carried out.
