Synthesis and research of ceramic pigments in the CoO‒ZnO‒SiO2 system using microsilica

Abstract: Cobalt-containing ceramic pigments with a willimite structure were synthesized in the xCoO‒(2 ‒ x)ZnO‒SiO 2 system using microsilica by solid-phase synthesis using the traditional method of ceramic technology. The mineralogical composition of the obtained pigments was established using X-ray phase analysis. It has been shown that synthesized cobalt willimite ceramic pigments can be used for glazing ceramic slabs. Ill. 5. Ref. 15. Tab. 3.
