The findings of the study indicate that intelligence has a significant relationship with managerial performance. Furthermore, the culture of knowledge-sharing moderates the relationship between emotional intelligence and managerial performance. Furthermore, such a culture also moderates the relationship between cultural intelligence and managerial performance. Additionally, it does not moderate a significant association between social intelligence and cognitive intelligence with the relationship of managerial performance. This is the case because it does not moderate the relationship.
