Abstract: Key Messages Central Asian sociopolitical setting presents challenges in providing sexual and reproductive health services that cater to the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) youth. Existing legal frameworks and societal norms in Central Asia contribute to discrimination against LGBT youth, resulting in limited access to health care services.
