Monitoring food prices in the context of improving the mechanism for supplying products for government needs

Abstract: The calculation of protection coefficients for producers of agricultural products supplied for republican needs, reflecting the price seizure of income of agrarians until 2022 has been carried out. Within the framework of the mechanism of formation of competitive prices for each type of food, the priority of monitoring of international trade data is justified, which implies the creation of a forecast model of price formation for agricultural raw materials or systemic adjustment taking into account the trends of external market conditions. A modular architecture of a digital platform for monitoring food prices for the subsequent calculation of the cost of products supplied for public needs is proposed.
