Abstract: The weightings of the jurist are the conclusion of his knowledge in the matter in which there is a difference of opinion, and if the jurist favored a saying, then it becomes the saying of the fatwa with him and those who imitate him, and the summary of this research revolves around Imam al-Marghinani, may God have mercy on him, and his weightings in the book of guidance. e, his scientific standing and his death, then I chose two issues from the book of Purity, in which I mentioned the weighting of Al-Marghinani compared with the four schools of jurisprudence, and the research included an introduction, two topics, a conclusion, sources and references.
