Abstract: Description At SEE (Safety, Experience, and Engagement) Rounds, North Shore University Hospital, Northwell leadership encourages transparency on safety, captures experiences, and improves team resiliency. Topics are prioritized with staff that impact stress, safety, experience, and the community. On rounds leaders interview patients, huddle with the staff to share the input, present the culture of care message and the safety topic. Staff report good catches, team successes, and ideas for a healthier work environment. We will demonstrate improved employee engagement, Business Employee Resource Group (BERG) membership, participation in community activities, stress reduction and experience scores.
