Abstract: Supplementary Figure S2 displays Arjas-like plots used to assess the goodness-of-fit for a statistical model. Each panel, numbered 1 through 8, represents the comparison of observed counts (dashed lines) against expected counts (solid lines) across different quantiles of the linear predictor. The plots are organized by the quantiles of the linear predictor, and they visually assess whether the observed counts align with those expected under the model across various subgroups or bins. A close alignment between these two lines across all plots suggests a good fit of the model to the observed data.
