Abstract: The importance of process management is that effective business processes are crucial to the success of the organization. A well-designed production process helps predict and optimize the resources you will need, eliminates superfluous operations and reduces costs. In this article, a bibliographic review of the main tools for managing the internal processes of the supply chain is carried out, starting from a theoretical reference framework to the most detailed description of the balanced scorecard.
